Hi,
I was recently refused a Study Permit stating "Other Reasons".
Applied for an MBA Program in a University. India- Online Application. Honestly, I'm not sure why the rejection happened as everyone else got their Visas (None of us had given any academic documents as it's not asked for in the portal).
This time I decided to attach all the academic documents and re-apply as a Paper-Based application.
Due to a rejection, I believe my application went as a "General" application instead of "University".
With this, I have some queries:
1) As I have already re-applied, does it make sense to apply for the CAIPS Notes? Will it be taken negatively that I re-applied without the notes?
2) Any idea how long before we receive a Student Application Number? Or will it only be a VFS Tracking ID?
3) For all the applications that have gone to the Bangalore centre, how long is it taking to process? (My program begins in the last week of August)
4) Can the University intervene in the Visa Process?
5) My consultant told me not to link my application online as it will delay the process. Is this even remotely true?
Thanks.
