Visa Refusal Issue

Hi

I am new here.Once I had my visa refused for tourist Visa as I was going to visit my aunt.Will there be any issue in my process?

Do I have to mention it in my application?Is it needed to mention only Canada refusal or other country refusal also?

Do I have to give letter of explanation for the refusal?

Please help.

you have to mention passed visa refusals. if you dont, it can amount to misrepresentation. it wont impact your chances of PR

Hi

Many thanks for answering.I have already received ITA on 5th.

When do I have to mention and how?Is it during the application post ITA?I have been refused twice one in UK in 2014 and one in Canada on 2009.Will it affect my chances to get PR?

My passport has been renewed afterwards.Do I need to give the passport as proof?As I don't have my old passport with me.

Please help.
