Unfortunately it's going to be very very challenging for you to ever get a visa to Canada given your criminal and visa violation history.

Please go to somewhere else. I'm looking for a way out not discouraging

It appears that all of your family is in Canada. Adding that to your criminal history and violation of your previous visa conditions, and you purpose (taking your mother to Canada to visit her grand children, who can travel to visit her) not very convincing to the officer that you will leave Canada and will not violate conditions of your visa again.

How come your wife never sponsored you as a spouse even after you left Canada?

How to go about that? But in Canada she can only sponsor for 10 years

However, your visa wasn't denied for criminal inadmissibility. It was denied because of your "past violations of condition of entry". That makes it sound like you came in on a visitor visa, and then you worked illegally as well.

If you're serious about this, you should talk to an immigration consultant/lawyer and give them all the facts. Your case isn't simple and it's difficult to give you good advice without knowing all the facts.

I came to Canada as a refugee and my refugee status was denied but before the hearing i had gotten married but during the waiting period that's when the incident happens so automatically i was deem for deportation.

No, if a spouse in Canada is able to sponsor a foreign spouse (ie, the PR is in Canada, is not on social assistance, and is not sponsoring someone else right now) then they can sponsor you for permanent residence.

As k.h.p mentioned.... she is a Canadian, she might be able to sponsor you for PR.
