After making several attempts with the University of Windsor, we were unable to verify your Letter of Acceptance. I am not satisfied that this letter is genuine given the quality of the letter with spacing and odd symbols which appear on the letter.

Can i apply for September intake again ?

How long is the processing time from your country? That will be an indicator whether you will make it to Fall intake. More importantly though, have you addressed their rejection concern, which is the validity of your letter of acceptance?
