Visa Refusal explanation

Dear Altruists,

I am about to submit my eAPR. I have a tourist visa refusal from Singapore. But I don't know the reason. The travel agency that processed that visa doesn't exist now. But I remember they took an additional pair of picture. Hence in the "statutory questions" probably due to incorrect photo specs.

Am I doing this right??

Declare that you were refused a visa, that you don't know completely why, but that you suspect it may have had to do with photos. That's all you can do, aside from attaching a letter of explanation that says you can't find out since the agency is gone.

You could always ask the government of Singapore and see what they say.

Thank you for your reply. It was the government of Singapore who let me know about the refusal upon my query. But they won't give me the reason
