Visa -Refusal.can i reapply

hi,
I have applied for temporary wok permit visa last month. I had
submitted PHOTOCOPIES of all the required documents including JOB OFFER
letter from canada. but my visa application got rejected and reason
given to me says "NOT GENIUNE JOB OFFER". I believe this is becoz I
submitted the photocopy of the offer letter and not the originals. now
my employer in canada has sent the originals thru post. so is it
advisable for me to apply again.. and my job starts from JANUARY-1- 2010 and i'm planning to apply on DECEMBER-7-2009

please advice how to proceed.

Are you not required to submit a Labour Market Opinion with your application for a work visa?
