Any suggestions on how to go about for reapplying ?

Please order GCMS before reapplying because that will give u the exact reason of your rejection and then u can work upon and reapply. Without knowing the actual reason of rejection and reapplying may be risky.

Have you completed the course? If during Covid how much taken online? Yes having studied in Canada helps your CRS score and leads to more PR options when applying for PR. Di you have a job offer with LMIA. That could lead up more points. Depending on your work history in Canada and field of work that can also impact your ability to get PR.

Let me tell you, this is a graduate course, not a master's! Correct me if I am wrong !

I think instead of doing this course one should go for masters , they will get far more points then this course
secondly, one will easily get any job in Canada or back at home.
