VISA Received... Now can I withdraw the amount in bank towards POF

Hi,

I have received the visas. Now can i withdraw the amount in the bank towards my POF. I plan to move to canada within 5 months. I understand that at the time of arrivial in canada, I have to show them amount equivalent 17000 CAD approx for a family sized 3 in acceptable mode. I willl manage that at the time of my departure.

Please advise.

With full HAPPINESS and joy u can withdraw but remember u will need to declare it while landing. ;D

Does that mean that we need to take all the amount you declared when departing to canada? In cash?

You need to show the POF as per rules applicable for family of 3.
But it is always better to take more - as possible - because you may need sufficient money for your settlement and for daily expenses of three members, till you find a job here and start earning.
