VISA recd. within INDIA throguh DHL or Blue Dart ?

People who recd, their VISA from CHC New Delhi office , has it come through DHL or Blude Dart ?

Can some one pls share theri experinace. along with the timeline.

I recieved my visas thru registered post from CHC.

visa offices never use commercial couriers, they sent all their stuff by ordinary or registered mail.

Some visa offices will courier things back if you send a pre-paid envelope. Some of them will do it, but only if the envelope is charged to a commercial account. Some of them won't do it at all.

You never really know, unless you check with the individual office.
