Visa reapplication...please help

I got my visa rejected, I applied it on 14 June and got the rejection email on 16 Aug
The reason stated was
"Personal assets and financial status"
Other : We don't accept third party funds"
I have used a bank statement from church and every else have been using that bankstatement

The bank statement that I used was from our church based in South Africa not the same currency from my country of residence

My questions are is it if I use a bank statement from my country of residence will I have a opportunity to win
2) is it obvious that you have to pay full semester/year fees for you to get a visa coz the university I applied to needs their fees on the semester start day and also if I pay half or quarter fees does it adds a difference.
3) when I pay for the fees doethat necessarily mean that it have to be from the sponsors account for you to get a visa

Lastly suppose they deny your visa with one reason, and you fix that one wont there be other reasons after reapplying different from the first one

Canadians do not accept third party loans. Only Govt approved Centralized Banks.
