If you have a certified Genuine loan from a Bank then you have a good chance of getting visa.......In Pakistan this is not common but in India it is very common...........
but remember that loan or finances are a part of your application there are many other things like your Profile, English skills and home ties etc which are also very important...........

I think same should be also applicable to pakistani students cause money can be raised( in the form of loan) any time for study.

they just get money from u to give u a relaxation pill that they can present ur case better..
