Hello,
I plan to marry a Colombian after 3 years of dating. Her tourist visa was denied twice (with sponsorship proven) as government indicated that they are not convinced she will return. (She is well traveled throughout SA and Europe.)
In the near future, of course, I want her to be with me in Canada at least half the year. I'm a business owner and very shortly, WE will be business owners bit yet she has no right to be in canada even as a tourist. We will apply for spousal visa.
While we wait for visa processing , can our business sponsor her for an LMIA to work in the meantime or can she legally earn money from a restaurant that she is part owner of?
