I got letter of acceptance from St. Clair College Windsor. I have completed my 12th standard from Science stream but i got the offer letter for Business course. Does course irelevancy cause visa rejection or not??

No it should not be a problem. Since 12 standard still considered secondary education and many times students change their minds to choose different fields in bachelors or diploma. Becsuse in 12 standard is still considered a part of primary education and afterwards when student become more mature they are very much capable of choosing the right filed for them. You should write a strong SOP by explaining all factors why you are choosing business over sciences...
