I didn't get any approval email from immigration what does this mean is my visa approved or rejected!!

And yes i linked my acc online now it says your passport has beent dispatched from new Delhi but as i told you some people say if you didn't get the mail from canada immigration than you will not get visa that's why i am confused some people are sayimg that sometimes people get mail after collecting there passportI applied six week ago!
