I'm kind of afraid now..My course is starting on 7th May..What if Visa comes after course starts?

hello I also Applied 23/03/2017 for Visa study, but after 3 working days means (28/03/2017) the Vfs center where I applied sent to me bellow message:

((Sub: Your Visa Decision
Dear ........ ........

We received a sealed envelope from the Canadian Embassy-Amman containing your application result.

#########(my code)

Please pass by our Center to collect it. Or send a representative to do so.

Please note that the representative must bring an authorization letter signed by you. (Attached)

Application was online.Applied on Dec 5th for Jan 2017.Medicals got passed on Dec 29.Still the status shows "Your application is under review.We will inform you once a final decision has been made".How long does it take?Any idea?
