Visa Processing time is different?!

Why it seems the processing time on the website is different from the actual processing time?
Why dont the immigration office show us the right processing time?
I checked that my visa should be done in a week but i've been waiting for a month and there is mo update at all.
I have planned my resignment before I study my master and now everything dosent work like what i thought.
And whom i shoudl call to ask when i would know my visa is done?

For your information, in most cases they will not follow the processing time, i have been waiting for more than 12 weeks and my processing time was 9 weeks. The processing time is an estimation of the average processing time an application should take.

It looks like a mess seriously.

I have applied for an extension on the 4th of June, however it's stating that they are currently working on applications received on MAY 27, while someone applied on the 15th of June and got accepted already after 2 weeks !.

Check the post which has a subject ( Study Permit Extension ) on the first page of this forum.

Looks like they work on applications randomly or whatever..

I think they should write the max processing time or better estimation time..
It`s just way too longer...
If I read from this forum, i think most people take longer than the average time... :'(
