Visa Processing time from UAE - 2016 - paper application

Hi there,

I am a Pakistani national. Me and my wife have applied for visit visa for Canada (Paper based application) in Abu Dhabi, UAE VFS office.
Anybody know, approximately how much time it usually takes?

It was written in the office 31 days, On the CIC website, its showing 63 days.
Anyone recently experienced how much time usually it takes?

Chances of Acceptance / rejection?

We ve applied through vfs Dubai on 24th August still waiting for the response.
