VISA PROCESSING / SCHOOL WITHDRAW ADMISSION

Hello everyone
Just need a solution for my questions, I submitted my study visa application and is still on processing, The school who admitted me withdraw the admission, due to my courses already started and I forget the pasted date to differ and my visa is on processing. Can i apply for another school Asap and info IRCC on web form before letter of passport require ?

You can. However, it depends on timing and when you applied. There is a good chance that when you submit a new LOA, your study permit may be in the final processing stage. If approved with your original school, and not your new school, then you will have to reapply for a new study permit.

I guess Canada study processing time is seven week . And the school just email me . I want to apply for a new school by Tuesday and I guess it will take a week for acceptance letter and so. If IRCC requests my passport and deadline is 30days to be submitted and I finally gotten the new school admission before 30days of my passport submission can I still do the school transfer on IRCC WEBFORM without getting into any issue since it’s not yet submitted for stamping

If IRCC has requested your passport then it is too late, your original school will be on your study permit. It already may be too late because you don’t have LOA. It may be best to apply for a new study permit.
