Dear all,
I got a scholarship (CAD 16000/yr) to study at Canadian university.
According to the university, tuition fee is less than 4000 per yr.( but that is not mention in the offer letter ) so my total cost will be (4000+10000= 14000). Should I show the other financial sources?
I have already applied for my study permit. My other question is I have to show my family ties in my country. Both my mother and father passed away and my sisters get married. Is this condition unfavorable for my visa?
What should I do to show ties? I have land ownership (if needed vehicle ownership).
Please help me, the actual thing is I do not like to live in Canada as PR; I like to come bake to my country.

No worries. Be honest and submit your application to the Canadian high commission. Present all the information truthfully.
Embassy deals each case separately, you never know the outcome until you try. Do not judge yourself by others. Do not worry, stay positive.

The tuition fee might be is less than $4000 for Canadian students, but for international students it's always 3 times that of the former. I can only be sure if you mention the university name or provide the website URL where you found out about the fees.

Show them that you live with your sister and her family. That's a family tie you wouldn't have in Canada if you were to decide to remain there.

Dear!
Your case is somewhat similar to me.
Me too got a scholarship of CAD 16000/yr and my course begins on sept 01. My tuition fee is also less than 4000.
You have guessed it right, your basic expanses are covered by your scholarship. But you'll surely be needing some more bills in your pocket once you get there. As far as CHC is concerned they require you to show money in case the university takes back its offer. If your course lasts 2 years, you need to show Can $ 32,000 in Pakistan with you.
Don't worry about the family ties and coming back to Pakistan. Your land ownership and the fact you live with your sister are enough, and perhaps you might have future plans of some business or marriage once you get back.
I'v got my interview at the CHC on 26th june. Will update you.

Does land ownership under the name of one's parents also help to prove ties to country or is it necessary to be under your name?
