Hi

I got reply from sydney and now giving my application to new delhi visa office

I have one question

Need i to send draft for Right of Permanenet residence fee ( $490 for me and my wife) or the same can be given later on?

I already paid processing fee to sydney

I think you need to wait until they ask you to pay the Right of permanent fee. This fee is never send alongside the application. It is paid only when they are ready to give you the visa
 
i did not pay the right of PR fee with my application to my visa office.
 
Hi there, when did u apply?how many months took to get answer from sydney office?can u tell me?
i applied in feb 1st week of 2009.can i expect reply from sydney ppl by end of march 09?
 
I think they take about 2 to 3 weeks to turn around the application but the rest depends on the time it takes to go from your postal box to CIU and from CIU to your postal box.
 
Hi,

I made a single bank draft for the processing fee and Right of Landing fee at the time of application 4 years back. Will it fasten or delay processing OR save time after processing ?

Post February 2008 applicants are a bit different, they are asking for the Right of Permanent Resident Fee with your documents submission (120 days letter), so check your Visa Office Specific Instruction Guide to verify if and when you have to pay. I'm a post FEB 2008 applicant and I have to submit RPRF with my documents.
