Visa payment declined ! Urgent help

I am facing the same issue, tried with multiple cards but no luck. How can we be sure its a server issue? Any one else experienced the same issue

Yes, I tried with Indian and Canadian debit and credit but no luck. Most probably problem is with payment gateway - Moneris

Just now spoke with IRCC. They mentioned that they are aware of Payment issue and there is NO ETA as of now.

Just now spoke with IRCC. They mentioned that they are aware of Payment issue and there is NO ETA as of now.
