Visa...Passport/ Someone help PLEASE

The visa office requested for my passport. my passport was submitted to the VO and its been 5 weeks now. I was adviced by the VO that my passport has to be with them for 4 weeks. its 5 weeks and 1 day now but no response. I did not provide a return envelop because the service is not available in the country that I live but they have my address... What should I do or expect?/ PLEASE HELP.

contact your VO by phone/fax/mail, and mean time please track with your coruier/postal whether your passport received by VO or not?, if recieved then chill .... good luck

Thanks Guys.. I tracked the courier service provider and and confirm that the VO received my passport on the 26/04/12.

But it's gone pass 4weeks stipulated by your VO for your pp to returned! Your pp is probably on the way back to you or you may need to send a CSE ASAP .

Thanks Louth. I am just a bit concerned since I did not send a pre-paid envelop..... but they have my return address!
