Yes, you can. Actually, the processing time for online apps is usually faster. CIC doesn't discriminate b/w paper and online applications. So, likelihood of getting a visa approved wouldn't depend on the method you choose for applying

While the visa processing duration website did not indicate online or paper processing time it did state a processing period of 4 weeks for India. That is pretty quick compared to other countries.

The success rate solely depends on how you present your application.

In online process cic doesn't ask for marksheet n IELTS Scores but ppl who hve applied through offline dey say dat u hve to submit which of dem is true
