Dear Friend,
I got visa rejection twice....
In rejection letter they stated that(at two times)
You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canad by the end of the period authorized for your stay because:
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualification, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in India or Canada, language abilities or your future prospect and plans...
I drop a mail to VO stating this and they given replay to me like this...
"Whenever possible, a different visa officer will examine the application. Information from any previous applications will be used as reference for the new one. However, if the applicant's personal situation has not substantively changed since the last application, there is little reason to expect a different decision."
So where I want to clarify if I am submitting a new application.....
I am a Civil Engineering graduate....I think my first rejection was related to course that I choose for study :It was Masters of Infrastructure protection and International security..
This time I choose PGD in Industrial and Project Management....
Is this course is not suited for Civil Engineering graduate in Canada...
Pls help me in which section that I want to clarify if I am again submitting new application......
