My application since January 2014 is stucked to "in process" so we decide to order the GCMS notes. On the end pages I was shock to see there that the visa officer wrote there's suspicion that I married for PR/CC!!! I now believe this is why there's such delay in my application. It's been 2 years since drop off the application to Mississauga. Everyone from that group January 2014 finish now, only me left possibly. No passport request, no nothing. I start worrying with my marriage because my wife fight me all the time now. Marriage conflict is so hard to work on with all this distance. I'm starting to loose hope. Does anyone know what are they doing with my application? No email from CIC since July 2015. I don't know what's going on.

Did they request for any additional documents from you??

Did you see somewhere written on eligibility 'recommended passed' or 'interview recommended' ?

You probably are on an interview queue, hence the long wait. What visa office are u applyiing from? It sounds like Singapore VO, based on the amount of time you're waiting. Did you properly address the red flags on ur app to show ur not marrying for PR?

Ardnacieso, no I submit complete application.

Hasan9999, it says Review Required only.

mikeymyke, Taiwan VO. I only sent standard requirements and they're not ask for more than what I sent. I knew my wife since 2012 from my previous wife. After I got divorced I married her Nov 2013. I was married before to a Canadian expat in Hong Kong but we had no plans to live in Canada so I didn't applied for PR. My wife now is a Ukrainian citizen with Canadian PR. This is what also included in the GCMS notes.

Dear All,

Im working on spousal sponsorship for my wife now. need advice from all the expert. i just landed in canada march,2015 as single and we just register our marriage in November 2015. but in fact we got engage back in december 2014 before i come to canada. my question is, we got engage in December 2014 but i declare im single when i landed in canada March,2015. will this affect my spousal sponsorship that i did not disclose that i actually already engaged?
