Hi All,

Just wondering like after getting Aor or file number what visa officer check in file for final issuing medical or ppr?
as per new rules they get asses ielts result very beginning.
and what percentage chance to reject? after getting file number.

Visa officer will check the following:

1) Eligibility : Your experience letter must prove experience of 1 year or more in the stated NOC. Officer will also check your tax returns to verify your income.

After eligibility is passed,

2) Medical: Your medical exam results will be analyzed for danger to Canadian public safety (contagious diseases) and heavy demand on free healthcare. As long as you dont have any health issues, medical will be set passed.

3) Criminality: You must not have committed crime in any country. Canadian criminal check will be done by RCMP - if they find a criminal record matching your name, you'll be asked to do a fingerprint scan to make sure its not you who committed the crime. Criminal check in other countries - CIC will base its decision on the police certificates you submitted.

4) Security: CSIS (Canadian Security Intelligence Services) will conduct a search to make sure that you are not a security threat to Canada.

After all these are set passed, you'll get PR. All the best.
