hey guys, quick question here
for an outbound sponsorship application, is there any relationship between the applicant's country of residence and the visa office of which the application gets sent to??
example... ive met ppl applying from the UAE (where there is already a visa office) but the application gets sent to London.
anyone knows why??

There are regional hub offices that generally handle certain countries. Ircc can however send to other offices for quicker handling or whatever reasons it wishes. London does handle much of middle east.

and if it does get approved, does the applicant have to go to London to get their visa? or is it possible to send it by DHL?

Usually submit to local visa application centre, not direct to visa office, by courier in covid times. There are some differences by region though.
