Most applications are processed centrally at Ottawa - very few have been reported at the LVOs so far.

I would be very interested to know that as well!

I received a second AOR in English (September) , while my application and the first AOR (July) were in French!
My guess is that my application passed from Ottawa to Paris for the BG check (FSW outland from Belgium)...

It would be nice to find out!
