I have a very basic question, I was going through FSW spreadsheet and under Visa office, it states New Delhi.

I was under impression that the applicant should be sent to CIC office directly....any help?

1. Did you read CIC's instructions?
2. All FSW applications go to Sydney, NS before they are transferred to the overseas visa office.

I did see CIC instructions and i do understand it needs to be sent to Sydney, NS but in our forms, do we need to mention SYDNEY, NS as our visa office or New Delhi...that's my question, my apologies if my earlier question was not clear enough. Appreciate your quick response...
