Anyone here whos visa office is Vienna Austria?


Im trying to look for people who sent their applications to Vienna, Austria. I'd would like to know how fast they process applications. Timelines would be greatly appreciated. (i sent my application to manila, im just doing this for a friend)

Vienna office asked me to submit original passports to get the immigration visa affixed. I submitted the same two months back. I thought it might take a month at the most!! Can any one please inform how long it takes to process for a case similar to mine!! It seems worthy to mention that my case got transferred from Berlin to Vienna since they stopped processing immigration visa.

Why dont you call or email them to ask if they have received your passport? 2 months is a bit longer than usual. normally it should just take 4-6 weeks. When did you start your application?

Thanks for the reply!! I did receive a reply whereby they said they wud finalize the application ASAP and now another two weeks passed. I applied for the case in 2007.

wait 1 more week and then email them. i say its safer to send them an email coz as long as a request/ question is in writing it gives you more proof that you inquired.
