Hey guys, I wanted to know which visa office should I request when I am doing FSW-PR form. I live in Texas. I saw that Buffalo office is not working in anymore...
Any help in this regard be very much appreciated

Select CPP-O (in Ottawa). You can see this here on CIC's website under US/PR application in the first column.
