Do actually visa office in London reply to emails or not. Any experiences please share.
As I explained earlier we have problem with my husband's date of birth and our representative
emailed visa office in London last night. Do they actually receive a respond or not?
What if our 30 days of providing them with extra documents which we already have finishes and
they don't respond????????????

Hi lili40,

Yes they do reply.... have faith. They usually took one week to reply to us each time we had written to them (2 times).
So don't worry.

Cheers

Thank you Nike100. I suppose I have to wait another week to see if I hear anything. If not I am sending an
e-mail myself to the visa office and don't rely on the representatives.

Please Could you give me their email address in London Office? Thanx

Hi Lili40,
I have had a couple of replies from them.
In my opinion, all they do is type your B file number into their computer and send you a basic reply based on the information that comes up on the screen in front of them. In other words, if your file says IN PROCESS they will issue you with a pre written email explaining what it means in different words.
On the other hand I could be totally wrong, but judging by the replies I got I think I may be right.

So who should I email or talk to if they want a document that I have already
sent it to them or if there is something that needs clarifying?

Hi lili40,
This is the email ID we wrote to.

They also replied to our specific enquiry regarding the change of our postal address.
I hope it helps.

Cheers

I have heard through grapevine that the more queries sent by an applicant to the Visa office the more their application get delayed. Is that true?

Or we are at the privilege to send as much queries without getting our file delayed?

Is there any relevance between sending queries and delay of file?
