Large, i think you will receive a letter soon for additional information needed by vo. Unless u have provided the required docs or explanation, then it will change to "in process". I think a bad sign is when ur ecas changed to decision made prior to ur medical. Im not expert but thats how i see it. Expert correct me if im wrong.

You are a bit wrong over there. After Visa office eligibility review complete the next status is IN PROCESS AND AFTER that only u get ur medicals + RPRF request.

I think CIO after recieving initial application check out eligibility and ask for documents submission at chc.So it's a relative term depending upon the status of application.I mean after sending initial application its a good sign to establish eligibility ,if after some other steps then I am afraid it's something alarming.

Large we have the same NOC when did u submit ur full documentation? Are u in the Philippines ryt now?

To be very frank your additional docs demand letter or rejection letter is on the way? Hope it would have additional docs demand letter?

I go with wpc71, usually it means rejection. But even though, I wish you good luck.
