Hi all,
Today my E-CAS shows "Visa office eligibility reveiw complete" and inside it is written:
We received your application for permanent residence on November 3, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 11, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on January 20, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

In forum I found some cases were rejected after showing this E-CAS status. If it means rejection then will I get back my app processing fees?
That's why I guess rejection.

As per your info... do you have enough points? and your duties satisfies their requirement?

Your ecas changed today morning?

i believe thats good news. if you think you we able to meet the minimum points required, then you have probably nothing to worry about. you'll be receiving the medical and rprf request soon.

Points 68. Everything is ok. But in forum I found some cases after showing this status were rejected. That's why I guess so.

Do you verified by chc london or they call your employer for verification? if yes when they call

As far as I know my employer did not receive any phone call.

i am sorry to say----it's a rejection as this is from London CHC---99%

i wish i could tell u something positive but i can't find anything. only thing i can say is if u think there is something u can do like add any missing docs that u didn't submit b4 or if u think there is any lacking in ur file, u can send them those docs right now---otherwise they will send u the rejection letter in 2 months.

sorry to disappoint you but that means a rejection.

I do not think there is cause of any concern at this point in time as internal updates still says your file is pending review. At this stage I would suggest you not to worry and wait till any more update happens

Hi, QATAR

application procedure is not individual visa office- based rather global. Until and unless we find the update as Decision Made , I think it is not a logical reason to say that your application got rejected .
Yes, sometime though we feel that we have well supported to our application Vo might need some more additional information to take the decision which might be one of the possibility in yr case too so far as I guess.
so it is the time to be eager to get any new info frm the Vo rather than to be disappointed .

i am sorry to be stubborn. but i am sure it's a rejection (99%).

let's not give QATAR_FSW4131 a hope that will get shattered at the end----i am just trying to help----it's a rejection---let's act now----if there is any doc missing or any paper needs to be resubmitted, send it now rather than hoping that the e-cas will change to 'in process' & then after 1/2 months receive the rejection letter.

i am sorry, guys, but i am just trying to be realisitc.....
