Visa office change afterinital application

I sent my initial application for FSW on April 2009.In that application I wrote the local visa office for visa processing as Buffalo,USA.

I am going back to India after 2 months.I want to change local visa office for visa processing to New Delhi.

1.Can I change the name of the visa office to New Delhi now?

2.Can I sent all my supporting document to New Delhi?

3. If yes,then Do I have to inform the NS, Sydney office about the change of visa office?

4.How can I do that?

If you have not received response from novascotia, you can write to them informing change of visa office. While sending full set documents to new delhi, enclose copy of letter from novascotia & your letter informing change of visa office. Follow new delhi visa office specific instructions.
