Visa not rejected, but asked for additional documents and resubmitted passport

hi,
I applied for study permit under general category on february 11th. I did upfront medical examination, and gave my work details documents and all. Two days back, I got an email from CHC saying my application requires additional documents and my passport is dispatched. Then I contacted VFS, who said that I have to come in person to Bangalore to collect as they cannot send it through courier for security reasons. I then went there yesterday itself and collected and opened my envelope and there was letter saying they could not finish processing my application, because they think that I have misrepresented my employment documents. They think that I do not work in my company as a result of verification. I don't know what led them to think this, but they had given me 30 more days to reply to CHC to consider my application. So I gave my original work experience letter and employment offer to VFS and now have resubmitted along with my passport. Is there any chance for me to get visa? Has this ever happened to anyone else before? pls help.. I'm really worried guys

CHC does ask for additional documents. It is not unheard of and is quite normal. If you have given all details honestly and u do infact work where u say u do then it wont be a problem if u submit more convincing documents like salary slip and bank account statement where the salary is deposited.

I do infact work there, but it's not a huge company and I get salary in hand. I had submitted photocopies of my work experience letter, employment offer letter and salary slips. but for resubmission, VFS asked me to submit originals for the same. So I submitted original work eperience letter and offer of employment particulars. I'm still worried if my visa would get rejected. I really want to study in Canada. It's my dream
