Visa Medical

I recently had my visa medical in which I was asked:

Are you taking any pills, MEDICATION or receiving any medical treatment?
that I answered yes because I was under mental health treatment but I got discharged while ago, so they asked for any additional reports or investigations performed.There was another question which was:
Have you ever been ADDICTED to alcohol or a drug, or taken drugs illegally?
that I answered no.
The question is in my reports it is mentioned I took drugs couple of times.
how would that affect my application?

one sud not lie or hide about any mediacl or legal condition for sure...my opinion only
it's ok if u have ever received any treatment...bcoz all they r looking for is any kind of problematic issue like contagious disease...that u cud carry with u to canada and it might also effect ur medical expenses and insurance..they have look n consider evrything!!

Its really very important one to get a visa... first you have say everything true in visa medical... otherwise you will be put in a big problem...
