Hi all,
I am sharing with you interview which me and my husband face on 8 July 2010 at New Delhi CHC and I need your help to take next correct step. First letting you knows my case history so that it would be easy to understand and to give suggestion.
My name is Sonia and I got married in Oct 2008 .And I am Microbiologist and have experience of Lecturer of microbiologist also and my husband is Accountant. I applied for immigration to Canada under Skilled Worker Category in July 2009 after nine month of marriage and name of my husband also included in application and we want to go together so we paid fee for that. Our medical was done in Feb 2010 and we paid landing fee also. At final stage our interview was schedule on 8 July 2010. And visa officer asked question separately and our reply almost matched. But Visa Officer refused to my husband on following grounds’;-
1) Ring Ceremony not happened.
2) Marriage not in place of girl it was in city of boy and I defend with the ground that my most of relatives lives near by the city of marriage.
3) No lunch photographs I showed her but she said there is no crowd in photos.
We tried to show her other sound evidence which can prove our marriage but she said I have enough evidence to refuse visa to your spouse and may be this marriage is genuine and you can sponsor him from Canada.
And we have following evidence which we don’t have on interview date:-
1) Copy of certificate from food supply officer of my city which shows that my name was removed from ration card of my parents after marriage and added in ration card of my husband in 2008.
2) Marriage Invitation Card.
3) Registered Marriage Certificate which we showed her on date of interview.
4) Photos with our family after marriage.
5) Hotel Bill when we went on honeymoon.
Please advise what the next step we should take so that we can go there together.
If some one suggests appeal please describe the procedure of appeal and time duration in appeal.
I look forward for your help.
Thanks
