Hello to everyone who's here! I am a newbie and wanted to find some answers.

Will it cause a problem if the employer's name on my LMO and Contract is not the same? On my Contract it's the husband's name and on the LMO it's the Wife's name.

My agency said it's okay but I just want to hear your opinions.

Thank you very much!

your agency said so; since they are experienced, knowledgeable and that's their business, they have the essence to say on the result of your papers.

If this did not crop up as a problem during the processing of the visa/work permit and you already have obtained your worker's visa, then the LMO and the EC, despite having differences in the Employer's Name, has passed evaluation - and has been accepted by the VO.
