My name is Adil and I applied from Pakistan . I got admission in Durham college in PG diploma and payed the first semester fees.
My visa is rejected on following things how can I resolve these issues.

Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit
application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet
the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and
Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of
residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.

you can try appealing but its going to take a month , the decision given to you doesn't make sense because you have no history of overstay in any other country ,so I think they just gave you a baseless reason for rejection , next time try to include the documents which can show your strong ties to your country , however the rejection you got is very unfortunate. All you can do is now apply for January other than appealing your decision.

So for the first point it highlights your purpose of visit which means there are things you missed in your statement of purpose.

1) Did you mention ties to your home country (for example if you're married, or if you have parents with you), Your bank balance, any properties or other assets on your name?

2) You mentioned that you are a teacher, did you show your employment records, your salary and did you mention that you were going to take a leave from your school and come back to work after your PG diploma (if you mentioned this, did you add employment letter, employment leave letter)

3) If you studied IT, and depending on what program you further applied, did you show why you chose that program? Did you mention how that program will help you when you return to pakistan as a teacher or something else? Did you mention why you chose this program and why Canada? You need to mention all this and convince the visa officer that Canada is the only that offers such program. PG diploma are not an easy game for a 28 year old. If it was masters of PHD, it's a different story.

So you really need to mention all this and lastly for your bank statement did you show money trail and all.

Hopefully this helps. Also no point in appealing because all you will do is send them an email to which they will likely not even respond due to so much burden and they don't care about appealing for TRV applications (includes study permits), maybe you can go for GCSM notes for detailed explanation but that will take 30 days too, so it really depends what you wrote in your statement of purpose. If you want this done soon, you should asses your personal situation and structure a new statement of purpose accordingly and submit a new application ASAP.

Regards....

You have been rejected because you were unable to convince the officer that you will leave Canada and return to Pakistan after your course is done.

You cannot appeal this rejection - you have to reapply.

Your Statement of Purpose needs to be really strong. You have to show why you will come back, your plans for getting a job in Pakistan, your ties to Pakistan, etc.

Thank you so much for your response.
I am planning reapply because appealing is not a good option and i don't have much time.
My bank statement was attached and my employment letter which covers my study gap.
Can you please tell me if these are the allegations for visitor visa mostly?

You don't need to give biometrics again for 10 years now.

Reapplying without fixing the issues in your first application is pointless - you'll just be denied again.

I am going to answer and clear all the allegations in reapplying.
Can I attach some new documents if I want to or it will have negative effect like why didn't I attached on first hand?
Like I attached my employment letter of school but I didn't attach my leave letter that I am taking a 1 year leave from my school and I will come back after completing my study.
Can I attach this now?

Yes, this is an entirely different application, not a continuation of the first one. The first one was rejected, not paused.

You can attach anything you think will make your case stronger.
