Visa got rejected twice for the following reasons

Hello all let me explain my case here in detail, i was denied us tourist visa In august 2017 and in june 2016 , later in dec 2017 i travelled to europe for my vacation, as i have my friend in canada i intended to travel to canada this year applying to the tourist visa in September 2018 which got rejected due to1) travel history2)purpose of visit3) financial status and personal assets

So i reapplied to visa last week 16th november 2018 , where eventually i got a rejection stating these reasons1)purpose of visit2)travel history3)other reason, lack supporting documents, if that is the case previous visa refusals are not declared in the application and the outcome might be reson for the refusal, my application didn’t have any boxes ticked other than those, as iam going through the forums 40(a) is also not ticked

I was not aware that It is mandatory to mention the previous us visa refusals in my application, so iam afraid whether iam banned from appying for canada visa and i need some proper guidance if i need to re apply

You have three US B1/B2 visa refusals + two Canada TRV refusals, right? Refusals for any other country?

Your TRV refusal letter would mention if you've been banned. Based on your post, it seems you have NOT been banned. Do consider yourself lucky.

Your long history of visa refusals means:
1. Your personal and professional circumstances are not good enough for you to be granted a visa, or
2. Your paperwork is not convincing.

Don't apply again. IMO, you must seek professional advice after you get your GCMS notes

I’ve been refused twice for us/b1/b2 visa in 2016 and 2017 and to mention i had a student visa to usa from 2013-2018 on my old passport (june)and ive lived in us for three years from 2013-2016 and then moved back to india

I was granted hongkong visa in 2014(old passport)
I have been granted schengen visa in 2017
(Old passport)

And i have been rejected twice for canada (new passport) in 2018(September, November), There were no other visa rejections.

My correspondence letter in gc key for second application only shows three boxes ticked1) purpose of visit2)travel history and 3) other reason previous visa denials are not mentioned in the application.

For my first application refusal the reasons ticked are 1)purpose of visit2)travel historY 3)financial and personal assets, unlike the second application rejection this following reason (other reason: previous visa denials declaration has not been ticked )

For the second application they were satisfied with my financial documentation but are concerned about me not mentioning the previous USA visa denials which iam totaly unaware of

My questions
1)As 40(a) is not marked i must consider iam not banned right?,
2)And regarding the gcms notes how can i get them?
3) how long should i wait if i have to re-apply
