visa got rejected please please help me!!!

hello,
my student visa got rejected and the reason the told me are
"you have not satisfied me that you will leave canada..(under that there was a sub category) : purpose of visit.
2nd reason was under "other reasons category" : your proposed study are not reasonable in the light of your previous studies.

My details.: ok i applied in this cape breton university, nova scotia, canada (for Business Administration cource) . the university was willing to accept me on the basis of 10th grade. (as i didnt do 12th grade and opt for polytechnic which i left due not clearing some particular subjects)
so on the basis of 10th grade the gave me acceptance letter..
after paying fees and all..i applied to visa where i submitted my:

1. copy of acceptance
2.fee payment acknowledgement (6000CAD for one semester)
3. medical certificate
4. loan of Rs. 9 lakhs
5. bank statements of last 6 months.
6. passport

please please help me. my counsellor said that i have to now submit GIC in order to satisfy visa officers..but i don't find any relation between GIC and my rejection because they didnt mention any financial problem. moreover in CIC website it is clearly written that either i can take bank loan or GIC. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1- What is your background studies? is it relevant?
2- Have you written any SOP? study plan? if so what exactly did you write in it.

have you shown that what you have done after 10th?? ...and seriously the reason of ur rejection was ur previous studies....chc is not satisfied.........GIC has nothing to do with it.....

I'm agree with param. Most probably the reason of your rejection is your previous studies.

ya i also know that its mainly due to previous studies (i.e 10th grade only) (because i didnt show that i left my polytechnic in the middle due to multiple unsuccessful attempts) but i thought that may be the university accepted me on my 10th grade basis, visa officers would think on that point. but i guess its of no use. plus as far as the SOP is concerned then my stupid counseller didnt say a word abt it and said it is of need. i have already prepared a nice SOP. but she jus said that it wont be needed.. and ya sorry i dont know in which category i applied (i mean under SPP or something like that) (dont really know) so rounding off...can you all please please suggest me any loop holes..i have paid my fees and i was trying from since past 1 year. collecting money and everything. plz help

also i do have a work experience certificate in my uncle's infrastructure firm of like 2 years (2008-2010) (i assisted the managing director). May be if it can help in something

I think whatever documents that you have is good. your work exp also is a good point. Don't just look at your weakness. Write a good SOP and retry. you will not be with officer during your visa progress. hence write a good SOP and introduce yourself and all your plans in there.

If your previous studies is not relevant to your current letter of admission, the best is you take some extra courses which is relevant to your studies in your country. trust me,it worth! It takes only few months but in the end with a good grade you can prove them you have the capability to do the course in Canada. if your letter of admission is going to expired on Jan 2013, you may ask from the faculty to extend the time for you or defer you intake.

previous studies which em showing is 10th grade coz i guess i cannot show my incomplete polytechnic studies. so u said that taking some extra courses will make a difference.so can u please guide me as in which extra course should i take or something. i am sorry but i am not aware of this.please guide me..ok and ya i was thinking to apply for a business diploma course (which most of the students do usually aftr 10th) so should i try for diploma rather goin for bachlors? or should i stick to this only with a improved sop this time to satisfy officer. also can you tell me how much time does a university takes to refund the money coz if i have to apply to some other university (for diploma thing) then i have to make it fast.
