Were you offered an admission to the college you intended to attend? If yes, then this is not about your English knowledge. You could not have applied for a visa and study permit unless you were admitted. Now, as I mentioned before, what you wish to study is not the typical first program choice for an international student. Computer repair and maintenance is something you can learn in you home country. It could land you a job, but a 1 yr certificate is hardly a career.

IELTS score is irrelevant to the Visa Officer in this case. It is up to the school to set the minimum scores to offer an admission. Once you have an offer, you use that for the Visa and Study permit.

So, sir if yo can please suggest me any course which is related to my profile i will be so thankful to you. cause my consultant has told me to reapply the visa with the same course and i hve no idea wht to do.

Same course and what else? What are you changing that your chances will improve? Reapplying under the same circumstance will not result in a different outcome.

I cannot suggest a course for you, that is a personal career decision.

the consultant said that he will reapply the case as it was before cause the end date of making file of sept intake is 31st July .so he said that we can take a chance by reapplying . nothing he is changing .the only thing he said that he will change that he will attach a written file that the applicant is eligible for the course.
