They can apply together but what will she show for her family ties if her husband is also going to join her in Canada? You can ask her to apply first and if her application is approved then her husband can apply.Dear all, my sister is going to apply for her student visa next week, she also wants to apply for her husband's work permit. I was wondering if they can apply at the same time or her spouse has to wait until she get her student visa.
Thanks. we are Danish and applying from Copenhagen. Is there any chance for the visa refusal? They can apply together but what will she show for her family ties if her husband is also going to join her in Canada? well, thats what I said. a application does not just mean downloading and completing forms but also looking at the program, finances, study plan, etc.Has less to do with your application and more on what you are studying, your finances and some other factors that are not published.
Dear Canuck, I don’t exactly understand what is the study plan? She is going to study pastry management (2 years- full time)because she is working in that field for years and couldn’t find any course such as this in Denmark to take her career to next level. Is there any difference that what you are going to study in Canada as long as you provide strong finances and show that you are planning to leave the Canada after your study.well, thats what I said. a application does not just mean downloading and completing forms but also looking at the program, finances, study plan, etc.

the "you" means the applicant or the one who posted the question. I dont understand why it would sound like hiring a lawyer. does not make any sense. You could prepare the best application possible including any possible document needed and still be refused. What matters is the actual amount of funds, your choice of program, etc. When you say the it depends on how you prepare your application it sounds like if you hired the best consultant/lawyer you will have a much better chance of approval.
