Visa for Newborn outside Canada: Parents are PR

Dear All experienced members

I would like to know the process for obtaining the PR for my kid born outside canada. We landed in January 2016 and we are blessed with third kid in August 2016. Myself, my wife and 2 of my kids already have PR. Can anyone guide me to the process for obtaining the PR for the new born.

I have checked the forum and most of them have asked to try for TRV or TRP. I could not understand any of this. Can anyone give me detailed process along with valid forms. Currently i am OUTSIDE CANADA and will be relocating permanently in June 2017.

Others can comment but for a start not sure you can as a PR sponsor anyone whilst you are outside Canada you have to be resident inside Canada whilst the PR application is processing even if the child is outside Canada.

The reference to applying for a TRV for the child is I believe is to enable you to return with the new born with a TRV and then apply for the childs PR when you establish residence back in the country, probably need a home country passport for the child as well to travel. thanks for your answers. it is a bit clear now that i cannot sponsor if i am outside canada.

I have checked the similar question link. This draws to another conclusion that I have to apply immediately the day i land in Canada in June 2017.

I did some homework in sponsorship application. A few more queries though if you can answer

1. Is there any effect that i mention in the application as unemployed. As i may not have any job for the first 3 months at least.

2. Is there a written procedure where can i apply for TRV wherein the sponsorship form is in process in parallel.

My wife is 1 month pregnant we are landing in Toronto on 22nd April 2018. For 1st 3 months pregnancy is not covered as per Ontario medical but after 3 months will it be covered and will my baby receive canadian citizenship.

I and my husband have PR and we both are working in Canada since 2016 Jan.
I will be going for my baby delivery in Nov 2018 and I would like to know how to get PR for my new born?
Can some one throw some light
