Hi All,
I am in Canada on a post graduate work permit and working as a software Engineer in reputed organisation in Halifax(Nova Scotia). I recently got married to my boy friend in India. Now on what basis can my spouse arrive in Canada? What is the approx. time duration for his arrival? Someone suggested to apply an open work permit. Are there any chances of rejection?
My spouse is working as a software Engineer in India and has a work experience of around 4 years.
Your guidance will be highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ramandeep Dhillon
