visa for my father and brother-please help

Me got y PR 2 year back,my wife is a Canadian citizen and my 1 year old child recently got her Canadian passport.we are now living outside Canada in my home country for my job purpose.we are planning to visit Canada for vacation in next July.But we want go together with my father and brother as my mother died 1 year ago and i don't want to leave them alone and go for a vacation without them .both my father and brother are financially stable and they can bear their own cost but they never faced Canadian immigration.However my elder brother is in Canada,he doesn't have a residency status (claimed refugee but i think he was refused).
I need suggestion from you about
1.which visa should i apply for my brother and father-family visit/tourism visa
2.Does my elder brothers status will hamper my fathers visa??
3.Can i issue a invitation latter for my brother and father??As i am currently living in the same country they do.
if anyone please give me suggestion and outline what to do about the visa process i will be obliged.

1. Both your brother and your father need to each apply for a TRV.
2. Yes if your brother claimed asylum expect that your whole family will have difficulty visiting Canada for quite some time for fear they will also claim asylum. The fact that you all want to Canada leave no ties to your home country and also creates a red flag for the possibility that you may overstay.
3. No you can’t invite them you are not living in Canada. Unfortunately theit chances of a visa are quite low. Would also add that them not being capable of being alone since your mother died would not be viewed as an acceptable reason why they must accompany you to Canada.

It is also unclear how much time you ever spent in Canada. If you essentially landed in Canada to get your PR card and then returned to your home country to work you should be aware that the time that you have spent with your spouse may not count towards your PR obligations.

The plan is we gonna accompany with him but we do not need any visa but he and my brother needs.so my father will be main applicant and under his banner my brother will also apply.
well i forgot to mention both of my father and brother are currently in job.my brother works for the government and my father is a director.my father has his all achievement lands,home all in his home town and we can provide documents that proves that they are currently attached to the job and they will be get back.

They are both adults and must apply separately. Each of them will apply for a TRV on their own.

Yes I think your brother status might come to play. You can still apply . Make sure you includes your brother details in the family section . If possible attached any documents like your fathers travel history and also passports. You have nothing to lose!!!
