I am pregnant and due early october. I like my mother to be here for the delivery, and spend some time with grand children and myself. I am not concerned about Mom getting a visa.. she visited Canada, USA, Europe, etc previously and is qualified to get another visa to Canada. The Issue, is that my mom will need to be accompanied by her helper.
Can Mom's Helper get a visa? What type of Visa should we apply for? what is the process and what documents are required? is there a link to help me get more information?
Please adivse.

Note- I am US Citizen with PR in Canada. Husband and chilren are Canadian Citizens.
Note 2- My mother will be applying for the visa from Morocco

Please get back to me ASAP. I am getting very heavy and like to resolve this while I can.

Regards,

Bouchra

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Domestic helpers accompanying their employers to Canada do not require work permits but they do need Temporary Resident Visas (TRV) if they are nationals of countries whose citizens need visas for Canada. If that is the case the helper should complete the normal TRV application form (available on the web sites) and submit it to the visa office together with the appropriate supporting documentation listed on the web sites.

you can download the forms here:
