Visa for May 2016 Intake

I did not got approval mail or dispatch mail. But my passport status show its has been dispatched today. I am worried because usually all get approval mail. Applied on 28th March.

Same here I applied on 23march process start 28 the march
today I got mail passport dispatch but no approval mail I am so worried

Hi, if u applied by paper vfs or online if by vfs u didn't get dispatch mail OK call to VFS help line number

It was a paper application at vfs mumbai. Processed at vfs bangalore. But no approval mail or dispatch mail.

1_purpose of study
What to do I applied for ESL full time course +Ielts GRE preparation after this one year course continue master in travel &tourism
I completed my school from Saudi Arabia in Arabic medium after that came back India &completed my 10+2in India in Arabic medium then completed my B.A degree in English medium in India,,I did AirTicketing I was working in airline travel but I want to continue my PG that's why I choose ESL to get higher in Ielts canada is the best for ESL.....
Any budy have any idea please explain me what to do in refused letter the visa officer mentioned (WELCOME to reapply) & I want to Reapply
