I applied on 28th nov for jan batch , but its still under process, medical is not updated as well. Its the same since I applied on 28th nov, no change whatsoever.
I am applying offline (paper application) through VAC in PAKISTAN. Do I need to pay for the visa application and biometric fee online in cic website or should I pay in cash to VAC?

Applied through VFS Delhi by my consultants CANAM in Delhi.
I m goint o Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia.
Tell your agent to talk to college representatives as specially in case of Mohawk college, representative or college administrator do not answer to queries raised by students themselves.
So, I strongly suggest you to tell your agent to talk about deferral letter with college representatives.
You can call to international admission department maybe that way you can get proper response.
